Thomas G. Wilson
Thomas G. Wilson, who serves Of Counsel to Janet, Jenner & Suggs, is a trial lawyer with 25 years experience with a successful law practice in Charleston, West Virginia. He has represented people in cases involving medical malpractice, pharmaceutical products liability, vaccine injuries, serious workplace and personal injuries and matters of employment discrimination during his career. Mr. Wilson had significant experience in Vioxx Litigation and is active in the firm’s Hormone Therapy and Pain Pump Litigation.
Mr. Wilson retired from the USAF after a 30 year aviation career which involved deployments to more than two dozen countries and service in Desert Storm where he logged more than 100 combat support missions. Mr. Wilson was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Air Medal and the Kuwait Liberation Medal for his service. He retired with the rank of Lt. Colonel.
Mr. Wilson is a member of the State Bars of California, West Virginia, Florida and the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. He belongs to the American Association for Justice, (AAJ), (where he chaired the Vaccine Litigation and Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Groups), and the West Virginia Association for Justice.
