Contact us at malpractice@medlawlegalteam or 1-888-4-MEDLAW.  We may advise you to request a full copy of your medical records as soon as possible.  Our MedLaw Legal Team of physician & nurses, on staff board certified OB-GYN, and registered nurse paralegals will review your medical records and will promptly let you know if you have a case.

BabyCerebral Palsy / Birth Injury & Malpractice
Cerebral palsy, a chronic medical condition caused by damage to a developing brain, is one of most common causes of medical malpractice today. It often arises from difficult labor or inappropriate methods of delivery that cause lack of oxygen, bleeding, head trauma, or other injury to a newborn child. Cerebral palsy can also arise from meningitis or other infection during the first few days following birth. Premature and low birth weight babies are at a particularly high risk of developing cerebral palsy.

Cancer Misdiagnosis
Wrongful deaths caused by cancer misdiagnosis are on the rise and are hurting patients' chances for a long survival rate.  Early detection of cancer is a key factor in successful treatment, higher survival rates and decreased costs of medical bills for cancer patients. When cancer is diagnosed after the disease has progressed, more drastic forms of treatment such as higher dosages of radiation and chemotherapy are required. Such intense treatments are not only painful and debilitating, but cause added expenses for the patient who is already buried in medical bills.

How is it that physicians can misdiagnosis something as common as cancer?
